Buy tickets Pedro Leandro (work-in-progress)

work-in-progress of the debut show from Pedro Leandro, a comedian who has famously been described as “magnetic” (Guardian) and “a beautiful bright-eyed joy” (Everything Theatre). Sadly, he has found this praise to be insufficient. Standing atop the lonely Everest of his innumerable achievements, he invites his audience to reflect: will it, can it, ever be enough?

A BAFTA might do the trick. It certainly won’t hurt.

Rice- Jiawei Liu (Copy)

Rice - Standup Comedy
Rice is a comedy show about growing up in Asia and finding happiness with food.

'Well-honed gags interspersed with subversive material' ★★★★★ (Morning Star)
'Potent in its imagery, authenticity, perverse logic and volatility' (British Comedy Guide)
'Compelling attitude, one to watch.' (Chortle)

Jiawei was made in China, schooled by the English and influenced by Hip Hop. In 2022 he moved to London to pursue his dream of being a funny expat. Since then he's been nominated for the BBC New Comedy Awards and tried all the Sainsbury's meal deal sandwiches.

Join us for a night of laughs at The Glitch, London near Waterloo station. Saturday Sept 28 2024 at 8pm (show starts 8:30pm).

Alfie Dundas et al.

Alfie Dundas et al.

Alfie Dundas is a 24-year old London-based rising comic who engages audiences with a blend of self-deprecating humour and sharp observations on family, identity, and societal nuances. He has won a number of new act competitions and has performed at iconic venues across the UK, as well as The Laugh Factory and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.

Fresh off a mostly well reviewed (one really REALLY bad review) Edinburgh Fringe run, Alfie brings his best material, new bits, powerpoint presentations, sketches, crowdwork, music (probably not, but never say never) and more to Waterloo!

"Really, really funny. Has a very exciting future ahead of him" - Steve Hall (Russell Howard's Good News, We are Klang)

Expect an hour of laughs, and the occasional deep thought, from Alfie and various surprise guests.

With over 5m views online and literally 10s of fans, this isn't a show to miss!

Nayonica Ghosh: Gap Yah (Work in Progress)

Nayonica Ghosh: Gap Yah (Work in Progress)

Nayonica used to be a girl with a plan. She used to use evidence and logic to make rational decisions. When she was 17, she found out that Glastonbury always falls during her future university’s exam season,so she made the plan to take a gap year in 2018 so she could enjoy Glastonbury…only for Glastonbury to take a gap year in 2018…

During this comedy show Nayonica revisits all the times in her life when planning and doing the sensible thing ended up going wrong (like when she tried to eat healthily on holiday but then the vegetables gave her food poisoning),but then eventually turned out really well. Now, she’s left wondering if she should continue planning things or if she should just surrender to the chaos. This is definitely a far too philosophically and esoterically complex question for a stand up comedian to answer.

Nayonica Ghosh, is a stand up comedian and filmmaker who has been featured on the BBC, Time Out and Gal-Dem. In 2022 she was shortlisted for the Sky Comedy Rep scheme. She was also featured in the BBC iPlayer streamed comedy tent of The BBC Upload festival. She has performed around the UK including at Truck Music Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Southwark Playhouse. Her sketches have screened at the Roundhouse,Barbican and at BFI Southbank.

Robot Unicorn Improv Comedy Showdown

Long before the dawn of humankind, dinosaurs roamed the earth. And long before dinosaurs roamed the earth, robot unicorns roamed the earth, engaging in fierce improv comedy battles that lasted the length that improv comedy battles normally last in order to decide the winner of those improv comedy battles. In this new monthly show, Noises From The Attic pay homage to that rich robotic and be-horned heritage, by staging an improv showdown of legally acceptable and logistically achievable proportions. So join us as we take on a new guest team each month, in an event touted by us as "likely to determine the winner of the event". See you there!

(Disclaimer: there is no guarantee that robot unicorns will feature in any way at this show.

Not Like Other Girls (Copy) (Copy)

As a child, Molly believed she was born to be a rockstar, and all the adults in her life were feeding into that view. Then by the time she got to university she was being described as "quirky, arcane, and idiosyncratic" by student theatre critics. But once her 20s began, she came crashing down to Earth and started to question if she was really that special after all. That was until 6 years ago, when she decided to take matters into her own hands and reveal her quirkiest trait yet: she's transgender.

In this off-beat and irreverent debut stand-up show, Molly talks about herself, at length, for a full hour. You'll find out about the time she made a controversial speech at her grandmother's wedding, the time she was transformed by Elton John’s ‘Bennie and the Jets’, and the time Channel 5 made a documentary about her life.
